MRS Collaborates with Tamlyn and Advanced Building Products

Advanced Building Materials and Tamlyn have formed a distribution partnership with Manufacturers Reserve Supply (MRS).

MRS claims that with these collaborations, it will be able to provide consumers with a superior portfolio of weatherization products that meet the most recent building rules and standards.

The collaboration with Tamlyn will bring to market a superior new drainable housewrap. Tamlyn’s CEO and president, Miguel Gonzales, claims that the drainable housewrap “drains 2x faster than other drainable wraps” and has the “drying capability of a 3/8 rainscreen.” This makes it an excellent alternative for builders and contractors seeking efficient weatherization solutions.

MRS has also collaborated with Advanced Building Products in addition to Tamlyn. CedAir-Mat, an underlayment for cedar roofs that protects against moisture and decay, is a crucial component in the Advanced Building Products lineup. “I saw a lot of synergies between our two organizations on many levels after touring the MRS facility and meeting with their leadership team.” We want to be affiliated with a partner who believes in the science of our products and recognizes the need of educating the industry.” Keith Lolley is the president.
