Keeping up with our daily health habits is a challenge to most of us especially if we are doing it on our own. I for one am guilty of it.
Most of us hate going to the gym and do the the routinely version of it that we got bored and laze most of the time. Having a companion though may change this.
It is a lot more enjoyable anyway to work out when we have someone to challenge and encourage us.
However, there was a work out video that was posted on Facebook that went viral. The star on the video is the work out partner of the man which is an adorable and cute puppy.

It seems the man found his perfect work out buddy.
According to some media outlets, the man in the video is Erik Ko from Hong Kong and the young pup is his dog is Teeny.
The video shows Ko doing press ups and in between are affectionate kisses and fist bump to his talented dog who is doing set ups with him.
The video is so cute that Ko and Teeny are so in harmony with their respective exercise. I myself was thinking to get a puppy work out partner as well. In time though.
The short video is actually a testament to how a pet is beneficial and plays an important role in people’s lives.
There are pets and trained dog that can detect seizures and with this is a great help to people in emergency situations.

They could also be helpful in therapeutic roles like physical rehabilitation and occupational therapy.
Study also shows that companion animals improve heart health to humans by lowering blood pressure and regulating the heart rate during stressful situations.

People who have pets stay home sick less often, make fewer visits to the doctor, get more exercise, and are less depressed. Companion animals also help ease anxiety to children.
Among elderly people, pet ownership might also be an important source of social support that enhances well-being.
There you go folks; pets are not just any other companion. They are essential in our everyday lives.
They let us feel more relaxed.
