There are a few instances in the English language where a word is not constructed for the sake of communication so much as to break a world record, for spectacle’s sake.
In that way, the English language is much like the Olympics just like this viral video that shocked the internet.
A TV news segment was recently uploaded on online (Youtube) and became an instant hit with more than 2.6 Million views as of this posting.
In the video clip, Welsh weather presenter Liam Dutton of Channel 4 News did a great job in pronouncing a mouthful to say the “Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch” a hot place in the North West Wales in United Kingdom.

The weatherman gained appreciation and cheers from online peps – mostly can’t even pronounce the infamous word correctly.
